Time to Nominate Your 2012-13 Chapter Officers

The time is here for nominations to the FWAHU Board for the 2012-2013 chapter year!

If you’d like to nominate someone for the office of President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, or Secretary just follow these steps:

1. Make sure that person wants the position and will accept the nomination.
2. Download the nomination form by clicking on the picture.
3. After completing the form, fax or email it to Gentrie Pool.

All nomination forms must be received before the membership meeting on March 8^th, 2012.
