New Member Spotlight: Rachael Alt

Rachael Alt O’Reilly has been with Alt Bentley Yates, Inc. (formerly known as Alt Benefit Consultants, Inc.) for more than 4 years.  Her parents, Chris and Sharon Alt started the business over 10 years ago, and Sharon decided that answering phones and filing claims (the really fun stuff!) would be the perfect after school job for Rachael.  Over time, she worked her way into the position she holds today:  Vice President of Administration at Alt Bentley Yates, Inc.  Her responsibilities include consulting for the plan design, implementation, and communication of Sec. 125, 105, 223 Plans and COBRA/HIPAA compliance.  She has over 10 years experience in the employee benefit industry.  Prior to working for Alt Bentley Yates, Inc. she was with a mortgage company where she managed sales representatives for a third party administrator. 

Rachael decided to join FWAHU to follow in her mother’s footsteps, and become more involved in the industry.  This way she will be better equipped to educate her clients and help simplify their plan administration.

Rachael grew up in Fort Worth with her parents and two brothers.  She is now married to her high school sweetheart of over 9 years and they have 3 wonderful children, including 2 year old boy/girl twins!   All of her free time is spent either at cheerleading practice with her 6 year old or at home spending quality time with her family.
