New LinkedIn networking group: Friends with Benefits

Friends with Benefits is a social networking group designed to help people in the employee benefits industry meet and network with their colleagues.

The health insurance industry is a close-knit group. Brokers make a living by building relationship, and much of our industry knowledge can be credited to our social circle. Friends with Benefits was created to help you build your social circle, enjoy your job more, and ultimately, better serve your clients.

All agents, brokers, and carrier reps are invited to join and encouraged to participate. Through the group, you can ask insurance questions, share opinions about health reform, swap stories about recent happy hours, and plan your next networking event.

Friends with Benefits is not meant to replace FWAHU. On the contrary, it should help introduce new agents to the Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters and help FWAHU members get to know each other better.
