TAHU Convention

For those of you who are attending the TAHU Convention in Houston (April 29 – May 1), you\’ll want to be sure to take part in the evening festivities:

WEDNESDAY

\"\"Let’s have some down home Texas Fun Wednesday night after the Golf Tournament. We are gathering at the famous “Armadillo Palace”.
Owned by Levi Goode, the son of Jim, founder of Goode Company BBQ and Seafood.  The Armadillo Palace has a fantastic variety of food and fun.
Shuffleboard, Pool Tables and music make an atmosphere of entertainment and laughter (and we all need a little laughter). No place captures the spirit of Texas like the Armadillo Palace.

Transportation can be arranged from the Hotel and back.

THURSDAY

\"\"One of the most important elements about the TAHU Convention is the assembly of old friends, the making of new friends and the fellowship that follows.

You don’t want to miss out on the fabulous night planned by the TAHU Convention Committee. A bountiful feast of Seafood and more will be served in the Nautilus Ballroom at the Downtown Aquarium. From the third floor balcony, you can view the incredible Houston skyline and dance to the music of the Grateful Geezers. You may also choose to venture into the world of the rainforest, go on a shark voyage or visit the white tigers of the Maharaja’s Temple. Ride the train, go around on the carousel and view the lights of downtown from the Ferris wheel. This will be the night to remember! Bring your friends and family, the more the merrier.

Thursday night, April 29. Dress casual and wear your dancing shoes.
