BEING TRANSPARENT: Putting the Cards on the Table

February 8 @ 11:15 am - 1:30 pm

Free – $50

Jennifer Stanley

We talk about transparency and how everyone should just “be transparent.” Well, what does transparency mean, exactly, in the context of health insurance? And, do we really want it? If we do, can we handle the discomfort it may bring? Do employers realize they hold the trump card?

Meet Our Speaker: Jennifer Stanley

During this one hour CE, Jennifer Stanley will tell us what it means to lay the cards on the table in this game we call health insurance. She will take us to uncomfortable places at the direction of the Transparency in Coverage Rules and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. More specifically, she will explain how the employer’s fiduciary responsibilities and liabilities should encourage us all to lay our cards on the table.
