Canned Food Drive at Every FWAHU Meeting

We will be accepting food donations to support the efforts of the Tarrant Area Food Bank at every FWAHU meeting this year.

Help us by donating non-perishable food items. Please bring your items with you to the FWAHU luncheons. Cash donations are also accepted.

Food and products accepted by Tarrant Area Food Bank, include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Canned Meats (Tuna, Salmon, Chicken, Ham, Stew, Chili, etc.)
• Canned Fruit
• Canned Vegetables
• Dried Beans
• Boxed Pastas
• Rice
• Canned Soups
• Dehydrated Soups
• Juices
• Breads (Fresh)
• Non-refrigerated Pudding
• Peanut Butter
• Cereals
• Boxed meal helpers
• Snacks
• Powdered Milk
• Baby Formula
• Toiletries (Shampoo, bath soap, toothbrushes, etc.)
• Laundry Soap
• Paper Goods
• Cleaning Products
• Diapers
• Feminine Products

* Safety guidelines requiring verification of continuous, uninterrupted refrigeration prohibit the acceptance of frozen or refrigerated food from individuals or community food drives.
