Following the luncheon, Greg Sandoval with Allstate Benefits will be presenting a 2 hour CE on Voluntary Worksite Benefits (Provider #64855, Course #88054).
Lunch will be chicken fried chicken served with mashed potato supreme and green beans.
Check-in begins at 11:00AM and the meeting starts at 11:30AM.

Members Registration is only $25 if pre-registered online ($30 at the door). The price for Non-Members is $35 if pre-registered online ($40 at the door). Price includes both lunch and CE!
Meeting cancellations received in writing prior to April 1, 2014, will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations will be made after this date.
Please note: Food costs in 2014 have increased and FWAHU needs to raise the monthly meeting price by $5 for both members and non-members. FWAHU will continue to work hard at keeping the monthly meeting luncheon prices as economical as possible and appreciate your understanding for this change.
**Special Offer for Non-Members**
Non-members who enroll for a FWAHU membership on the day of the event will be eligible for a refund of their attendance fees. Their membership application and membership payment needs be returned to the event registration desk on the day of the event. Note – these individuals must pay for both the attendance fee and their membership. They will then receive reimbursement for the attendance fees in full within 2 to 4 weeks.
